  17. This document defines a portion of the Management Information Base
  18. (MIB) for use with network management protocols in TCP/IP-based
  19. internets.  In particular, it defines objects for managing IEEE 802.3
  20. Medium Attachment Units (MAUs).  This memo is a product of the IEEE
  21. 802.3 Hub MIB Working Group of the IETF.

  23. This is now a Proposed Standard Protocol.
  24.  
  25. This RFC specifies an Internet standards track protocol for the
  26. Internet community, and requests discussion and suggestions for
  27. improvements.  Please refer to the current edition of the "Internet
  28. Official Protocol Standards" for the standardization state and status
  29. of this protocol.  Distribution of this memo is unlimited.

  31. This announcement is sent to the IETF list and the RFC-DIST list.
  32. Requests to be added to or deleted from the IETF distribution list
